Dramatic shoots can be controlled a lot more than daylight shoots & do not need direct sun or even a bright day. The style is achieved using a balance of both natural light and flash photography techniques. Matthew has undertaken commissions in all conditions from bright sun to dark and overcast days. The incredible thing about this style is the flash can create a real dramatic, artistic depth to the shot and turn a photograph into a work of art. The technique is a highly skilled one that takes patience & an advanced understanding of photographic knowledge to execute.
